I love the top half of this outfit. The blues compliment the bleached hair and brows perfectly, and her skin is so healthy and milky. I enjoy a tan as much as any other Aussie girl, but really this is the perfect example of how beautiful pale can be. And I would really like this LV scarf!
That really is a lovely LV scarf - I'm a chemical blonde and I've always debated if I should get my brows colored as well.. hmmm.
